Would have been great to know the radiator or whatever was in precarious position due to the bumper damage. Maybe next time pop the hood before you tell people it’s ok to drive until the parts come in. Might save them from stalling in traffic on a busy freeway. (Terrifying for me and daughter, in case you didn’t know)

Not sure if it was the tow truck people or the mechanic people but overall communication was awful. Several days just wondering where the car actually was let alone whether it could be repaired.
