My experience was that they did a great job with the repair and went above and beyond to clean the interior and buff and polish the exterior. Sean, the manager was very professional in explaining the process and steps in the repair. I would definitely return next time i need repair on my vehicle.

I did appreciate how they used the look left over paint. I don't like that perhaps my first survey response was lost since I am being asked to do this yet again. I was told initially the car would be ready first thing in the morning and it was instead ready in the afternoon, but I still am giving a 10 since Sean hung in there with me dealing with horrible esurance.
