The car looks great!!! It was a "used" car when I bought it 5 months ago with a very good body. Now the area that was damaged looks fantastic with all the scratches gone.

I found Chilton body shop to be excellent. They were willing to speak with me and examine my car before I even had an appointment. Every one of the young men who worked there that I met were very intelligent, knowledgeable about my car ,empathetic and made me feel very sure that the job would be done well. They did a lovely job. Somehow AAA didn’t inform them that the deductible had been waived due to the fact City of Berkeley took total responsibility.

Poor business operations and today just learned that though I dropped off the rental car there, as instructed, the car had 1/4 tank gas today, when I dropped it off on Friday with 3/4 tank gas.
