The repair was efficient and I especially appreciated Victoria at the front office who took very good care of us and even proactively contacted my insurance on my behalf when they hadn’t sent over information on time. She made sure that my experience was completely hassle free.

I was especially impressed by Victoria in the front office who ensured our experience was completely hassle free, even contacting AAA proactively to check whether my deductible was being waived by AAA (it was) to spare me any inconvenience or delay.
