Vehicle released without proper inspection. Multiple issues upon pick up. Had to point out obvious errors made to have corrected. Extended repair time by a day. Insurance didn't cover replacement of bezel of a parking sensor because it was not damage, yet it was part of the bumper. So if the bumper gets painted that should too. So now the bezel of one of the sensors is off in color vs the rest of the bumper. Bumper alignment is ok, still not up to par how it went in. Color is off.

Great customer service, however quality inspection 0/10. My vehicle was released with the hood open, bumper not aligned, parking sensors not properly installed. I had to point each issue out and leave my vehicle an additional day in order to get resolved. The paint on the bumper matches from the rear but color is off on the sides. I waa told that it was just the "angle" of looking at it. I've asked multiple people and they all notice the mismatch. I was also not i formed my vehicle was going to be running for 30 min periods at a time, constantly started and turned off. If I was warned, I would left the vehicle with more gas so my fuel pump wouldn't have been strained. At one point my battery died from being left on accessory for too long and they jump started my vehicle. No one told me that when I picked up the car. I had to find that our from reviewing the footage on my security cameras installed in the vehicle.
