The customer service was excellent and the staff were so nice and friendly. The text message updates kept me informed on the status of my car and that was great for me. I dropped my car off on a Monday morning and received a call on Wednesday afternoon, that it was ready, which was ahead of the estimated completion time frame. Talk about moving swiftly, wow! The workmanship was superb and that is the icing on the cake for me! The car detailing was awesome as well. What more can I say besides, great service, great work and a great team! Thank you!!!!!!

Everyone was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant whenever I communicated with them. My car was serviced and the repairs completed earlier than expected and when I picked up my vehicle they had me do a visual inspection as they explained what was repaired/replaced. The whole staff is very polite and accommodating. Gena is amazing, she went the extra mile for me and went up to bat for me with the insurance company. She swiftly resolved a petty technicality the insurance company had an issue with. Gena is awesome , great customer service , she genuinely listens and cares about concerns of the process start to finish. I definitely recommend CARSTAR Chilton Auto Body.
