Gena helped me with my Highlander. She was super helpful. I called her mid afternoon asking if I can make an appointment for them to give me a estimate on my car and was able to squeeze me in that day, brought my car for repair a couple weeks later. We had some issue with the other party insurance but Gena was able to keep me updated every step of the way. She was great. Also the other front desk girls were also great too, when gena wasn’t available to answer my call. They were able to help me and answer my questions. I got my car a week later and look brand new. They did a great job even the inside of my car was super clean. Thank you CARSTAR CHILTON AUTOBODY.
