I have been a customer of this shop for nearly 30 years and always satisfied. This is my first visit since CARSTAR acquired the business. I am not happy with the work. 1. Work was incomplete. Right side camera view no longer appears- "aiming not complete" appears instead of image 2. Windshield molding now is visible, with large wrinkles of rubber-like material smashed against bottom of windshield 3. Right front plastic fender-hood-light area is distorted and does not smoothly meet 4. Application is "chrome" material lifting up from around headlight/grille. 5. I called to discuss problem and, after leaving my car for an entire month awaiting a windshield seal, was told that I would again have to leave my car to address these issues as much of work was contracted.
