I was just a little disappointed that there were some scratches on the hood that weren't there before it went to the shop. And when the guy brought the car out front, there was no communication. I was walking around the vehicle to check out the work and when I looked up he was walking back to the shop. I'm not 100% satisfied with the alignment (feels tight... not smooth), but I guess that's the person's fault that hit my vehicle. I guess my truck will never glide like it used to before.

I was pleased overall with the customer service from the front office anytime I had to make contact by phone or in person...Excellent. The gentleman who was in the office who said he had the pleasure of finding the door for replacement although on nationwide backorder...Kudos. Repair time was fast...Thank you. The issue I have is the scratches that now appear on my hood as if someone was not being careful while working on the vehicle. And, I'm still not sure about the alignment in the front. It may be too tight. Rough when accelerating...not as smooth a ride. And lastly, the gentleman who drove my car out to me when I picked up didn't say one word to me. I was walking around the car to check it out and when I got to the Driver's side thinking we would have some final communication, he was already headed back to the shop. So that was my experience. I'm sure I'll be back to have the alignment checked out, unless I decide to trade her in. Thanks for all the good stuff though.
