Robert was exceptionally pleasant and thorough in explaining all that was going to happen. He said the crew would do outstanding work and I was not disappointed. Your office worker was great also. I really appreciated the support. Thank you! The only improvement I would suggest, is using paper mats to avoid soiling the car mats.
