I’m extremely dissatisfied with Classic Collision. Not only did they delay my car repairs for over a month, but they’re also refusing to cover the extra rental charges I was billed by Enterprise next door charges that only happened because of the shop’s delays. I had to constantly call for updates, and there was always some excuse. After I reported the issue to my insurance (GEICO, who referred me to this shop), the shop suddenly told me my car was ready just hours later very suspicious timing. When I picked it up, they claimed they weren’t responsible for the rental fees because the parts arrived damaged. Instead of taking accountability, they just gave me the runaround. Completely unprofessional and disappointing experience.

Unfortunately we have had our car hit 5 different times. Fortunately, Classic Collision is there to fix it like it never happened! We keep coming back not only because they do a good job, but because they have excellent customer service. They are extremely friendly and professional each and every time.
