Antonio did a great job with the process and went above and beyond. Sadly, we will go back because of the hidden damage that we noticed at the exchange. But it's a great place, highly recommended.

Late to finish. Headlight now has water inside. Side skirts broken. Multiple new scratches in paint. Body lines don't match up very well. Overall not happy with how this repair went and definitely won't be recommending this shop

the only thing was that with emails and filling out the paperwork when you come in for the estimate, they don't make sure your information is still correct if you are a past customer. I finally had to call to set up a time to bring in our vehicle to get fixed since no one was returning my emails. Not sure if there is a break down some where or not and then when we came to pick up our vehicle it was a bit of an issues as well. Since it was a State of Oregon vehicle that was being repaired and picked up. And our Salem motorpool takes care of the payments and stuff like that all we do is take the vehicle where they need to go.

I hit you guys with a 10 because I know how important this reviews can be. I would just like to mention a little thing. Everything on the car is great and I just took it for a drive up to Seattle but I did notice one thing. It seemed that over about 70 the car would have a little bit of front end shake, nothing major but just something that wasn’t like that beforehand. It surely feels like something to do with maybe slightly misbalanced tire or something. But if I could have a little help there, I actually would feel like you guys went above and beyond to take care of me. But other than that, all employees I interacted with were professional and helpful. Thank you.
