The whole experience was really a negative one. Every time I called for an update the person you answered the phone still had no idea who I was took a while just to get any kind of recognition until I said my girlfriend's name who I share my insurance coverage with and whose name it was mistakenly filed under. I then get a phone call on the day it's supposed to be ready telling me that they had wrecked my truck again. The message saying alluded to had to wait to get parts and see if that happens and we'll see when it will be done. Everyone around me advised me to be stern about this situation. To get my truck out of there and take it to somewhere else and let them assess the damages and repair them. I didn't want to do that. I figured though when I came to pick up the truck there would be an apology, a discount or something done about the situation. Not only was nothing said about the additional damage to my truck, my truck was filthy and it smelled terrible. I work for a huge dealership and I watch how they do business and I see why they have so many customers. Not only will I never come back here but I will go out of my way to stop anyone else from going to your shop too. I'm more upset than you can know.

Looks great!!! Looks as if nothing had happened. If i have one complaint it's that you guys should wipe the interior down after done rebuilding. Not a big deal for me but i can see other customers complaining.
