The repairs were not completed as requested. I initially asked the representative to request OEM parts. He explained to me that OEM and aftermarket are comparable. When I received the car with aftermarket parts, the bumper is not fitting properly which give Collision a bad review because the cars looks bad & Classic didn’t fight to get quality parts to keep there reputation credible.

Car bumper wasn’t clipped properly on left side as well as the back. Car rim was replaced, the replacement rims was purchased silver instead of gum metal.

Initial communication was great but once I reported the problems with the dissatisfaction of the repair. I had to call the company back to follow up on the status of my car being repaired properly.
