The ladies who worked there made a very stressful situation much less stressful. They were pleasant to engage, polite and super communicative. I was in and out dropping my car off, they arranged for my ride to the rental car company and it literally took me like 5 min during pickup. While it sucked I had to go through my situation, I’m glad that they made to whole process so easy. I was pleasantly surprised and am so grateful!! 10 out of 10 highly recommend.

There were still issues with my car after waiting a month to get it back. The issue was with a door handle that should've never been touched because the damages to the car wasn't on the door.

Absolutely. Finding a shop that does high-quality Tesla repairs with this level of honesty and professionalism is rare. I love that they worked directly with the Enterprise rental car service down the street—the car drop-off and pick-up was easy, incredibly customer-friendly, and really made this whole process less stressful.
