It was fine. I paid a deductible and insurance paid the remainder for the service. You guys did the work agreed upon, that’s how business works. The ability to leave the rental car for Enterprise to pick up and the clean front seats were a very nice touch. Well done.

My only complaint is that when I picked up my vehicle,the windshield and windows were so streaked that I could not see to drive. I guess when the car was cleaned after the repair work, the glass was done with a dirty cloth or something else caused the inside glass surfaces to get smeared so badly visibility was near zero.

Dent still in hood upon first pickup attempt. Manager did take additional measures with paintless dent removal and fixed it once asked. Under hood is dusty, was clean at time of accident.
