I wish that all the other shops that I had to deal with were this amiable. Right from the start, I knew I was in good hands. Never saw a service tech, no worries! Front end staff were very cordial. Melissa was Fanstastic!

Overall the repair was acceptable, however I was disappointed that I arrived to pick up my truck only to find several issues and had to leave it for 4 more days. QC in final inspection should be prioritized to mitigate having this happen to future consumers. Melissa in the office did a great job of communicating the updates and was very responsive. Thank you Melissa.

I am very satisfied with the work done. There were some parts and trash left in the back seat and some dust on the backseat. That isn’t a big deal though.
