Mr Larry was very nice but work at this shop is not quality and this isn't the first time. Kendricks was always the go to center for your car repairs but have definitely fallen off.

I was totally satisfied with repair and customer experience on my initial pickup. I immediately had my 2025 Lexus serviced for its’ 5000 mile car maintenance and backup camera software recall at my Lexus dealership. On pickup at the dealership, I notice the windshield washer warning light was illuminated. It turned out that the washer system had been compromised due to my accident and would require repair. I returned to Classic Collision and informed them of the circumstances. Without any hesitation, CC accepted the car for expedited service and repair. In less than 24 hours, My vehicle was completely repaired and back in my possesion. My experience with CC could not have been more outstanding. Thanks to super technicians and wonderful front office staff. .

Please get rid of your automated text updates. They were totally inaccurate and not appreciated. After the truck bed liner was put in place, the spare tire was thrown in causing an oil or filthy spot on the liner. When they welded the panel to the bed of the truck then ground the welds smooth, the metal shavings rusted and were left behind such that the rust is needing to be cleaned and hopefully will be removed. Thank you for cleaning the cab of the truck, it looked great. Melissa was pleasant, professional, and answered questions quickly.

Took 2 times to get the outside of the trunk painted properly. On to 3rd time for a chunk of paint taken from the left edge of trunk door. Have to take car back to bodyshop again. Paintwork isn't being completed fully nor inspection.
