I was very pleased with all that was done. I had my car back several days earlier and was able to return the rental car earlier. The coordination between Classic Collision and Enterprise was perfect. I would recommend them highly as a place to do body work.

The Customer Service was some point. They kept me up-to-date with any changes or progress on my vehicle while it was being repaired. The repair of my rear trunk came out very well versus how it came in. They did an awesome job. Thank you for your service! 😃🫶🏾

This Company/Location did an awesome job on my car. Thank goodness. They kept me informed communicated about the progress and had the willingness to stay a little bit after closing time to allow me to pick up my vehicle was very nice of them to offer that. Thank you for the nice well job done on my rear trunk. My trunk looks really nice. They gave me a new bumper. It does not look like it’s been in an accident and the paint job was done very well. I like how they was able to reuse some of my old parts that was just fine to put back on. I got to keep my tinted window so that’s one less bill I have to worry about getting tinted.

First off, Greg was amazing to work with. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to nerd out with me about cars. He walked me through the repair process, answered my questions, and got excited right along with me, which made the whole experience much less stressful. That said, my vehicle did sustain hail damage during the recent tornado while it was at the shop, including a cracked windshield and several body dents. I don’t fault Classic Collision for this, as there was no practical way for them to predict the storm or store every vehicle indoors. If I had one suggestion, it would be to consider installing protective vehicle covers or another form of weather protection for severe storms in the future, if feasible.

My car looks absolutely beautiful! It seems to be running well after all the work so far. Mary was an absolute professional and very good at communicating with me about the process of getting my vehicle repaired. She sent me periodic updates and kept me informed. That was greatly appreciated. She worked with the insurance to ensure that all repairs were communicated as necessary. The mechanics had to do extra work and really did a good job! Mary and the team went the extra mile to ensure that all was fixed! My car looks amazing! Paint job and parts replaced helped it look like new!
