Seems to be good work but horrible Management. Had my car returned July 6,2026 but noticed that someone there broke my a/c vent and never said anything. When I told Mary she said she would let her Manager know.And July 8, 2026 got a call from Manager saying ya'll weren't going to repair do to wear and tear. Understand that ya'll had No reason to even touch anything on inside but door so No reason vent should be broken when had Absolutely no reason to touch vents so vent shouldn't have come back broken. Lousy way to do business when WAS thinking of taken another car to be fix but Management rather lose out on maybe $150 or less replacement of vent than make money on Future Customer. Will report back to Geico and BBB. Also let other know that this place doesn't take responsibilities on damage ya'll cause.
