⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Customer Service and Exceptional Repairs! After my auto accident on May 19, 2026, I dropped off my vehicle at Classic Collision on May 26th for body repairs. Following their assessment of the damages, Mary, my Service Agent, informed me that my vehicle would likely be ready on June 9th. Much to my surprise and delight, I received a phone call and text message from Mary on June 3rd informing me that my vehicle was ready for pickup nearly a week ahead of schedule. She also explained that I could leave my rental vehicle at their facility and that they would coordinate its return to Enterprise Rent-A-Car, making the entire process incredibly convenient. Both Mary and Lisa were kind, professional, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the repair process. Following an accident, it is natural to feel overwhelmed and uncertain about what comes next. However, from the moment I entrusted my vehicle to Classic Collision, I felt supported every step of the way. I especially appreciated receiving regular updates regarding the status of my vehicle without ever having to call and ask for information. Their communication was outstanding and gave me tremendous peace of mind during a difficult time. Drop off and communication during the repair were fantastic. However, upon pickup I noticed that I was missing a lug nut from my rear passenger wheel. I can forgive this because there was some weirdness due to me not having a key for the locking lug nut and me having to provide one. However, what I can not forgive as easily is the fact that my fuel filler pipe was not lined up with the hole in the bed at all. When I opened the fuel door, I was staring at the ground underneath the bed of the truck. It was fixed quickly, but I shouldn't have had to go back for that at all.

Drop off was excellent. They didn't have the tools needed to remove my wheels causing me to have to purchase them myself. Upon pickup I was missing a lug nut. I left to go get gas and opened the gas door to realize that the gas fill up port was not properly lined up with the bed and I had to go back to have them fix that.

Although the overall quality of the repair was good, there are still some items that are not 100% to satisfaction: New noises in the car: The driver side door has a noise and the cargo door has also a noise while operating. A few quality issues in the paint near front door (A pilar), on the top of the cargo door, and on the back door frame.

First off, Lisa at the front desk had quick answers and was always so friendly. Greg was the person in charge of our vehicle and he communicated promptly! We were quoted 2 weeks and received it early! The work done looks so great!! I cannot stop smiling at how great the service and quality of work!! I will always recommend this team!
