They worked on my truck without my permission then he told me well you signed a paper. The paper I signed was so they could take it apart to look at it. I talked to the insurance company and they said they did not even send them the check or give them permission to work on it and they already did the work

I told 3 people at the office I was just getting a price was not sure if I was going to have the work done or not. They looked at the truck to get a price then they called and said I needed to drop the truck off so they could get a more detailed price I dropped it off and I called to see if they had the price put together yet and then they told me it was fixed and ready for paint. I never got a call asking for permission to work on my truck

These guys rock. I was impressed by every department. When I initially called for information, the woman at the front desk was extremely informative, helpful, and went out of her way to contact my insurance for info on the claim. Justin kept me well-informed from start to finish. There was a hiccup along the way from a third party. Classic collision dealt with it in the most professional way possible. I recommend this establishment to everyone.
