I swear my Jeep looks better than before the whoops. I dropped it off a bit smashed up and dirty, inside and out, from being up on the mountain and when I got it back everything was not only repaired amazingly but my vehicle was completely clean and shiny! I do recommend Classic Collision!

You repair people are fine but because of admin process I couldn’t be more dissatisfied

You were informed multiple times which insurance company was handling the repairs . Now Because of your administrative error what was once paid for is now entirely out of pocket. Then you lied to me saying no one informed you. I wouldn’t have had the car repaired if I was paying out of pocket(I would have put it towards aftermarket options instead). State Farm had everything covered since their client was 100% at fault.

Ive had repairs done before. I will keep coming here. Im not sure how this happened. Its like over spray of clear coat stuck to in the inside of my trunk. I couldn't open my trunk without force. It peeled paint in the corner. Other wise, im happy with the repairs done.

Looked like they do good work, just missed the fact that the paint color was not the manufacturer spec color.

The paint looked great, but it was the wrong color. Now to get r painted the correct color, I have to spend a lot more time and money on gas running back and forth to pick up and drop my car off due to staffing shortages and delays in getting my car paint corrected
