The staff was very kind and courteous when I brought my car in for repairs. Alicia Burris was very helpful in what to do and who to contact for a rental car. She was very caring and considerate in helping me out. She also called to let me know that my car was ready for pick up, which was sooner than the date they texted me. Very happy about that. She gave me the details, warranty and instructions on the rental car and told me to call if I had any questions or inquiries. Thank you Alicia and Classic Collision for taking care of me in this time of despair.
