I received my car back and it looked brand new as if I just bought it off the dealership lot. Very satisfied with the end results as well as how fast the repairs took. Customer service was super friendly & professional; I’d definitely use them again if needed.

Although everyone was polite and ‘nice customer service’, I was wrongly charged $250 picking up my vehicle. Days later I found out I was not supposed to be charged and Classic Collision never called me or informed me despite when speaking to them they were in fact aware of this mistake and even asked if someone had told already told me? A gentleman then proceeded to tell me he needs me to come into the shop so they could run my card and get my refund. I had to go across town and spend more than a hour making it before they closed. When I got there very quickly found out that it was ‘not possible’ to get my refund at that moment through the system. He then proceeded to say I could get it in 2-3 business days. So I drove over there for quite literally nothing wasted my time to not get the $250 I was never supposed to be charged in the first place. Super super stressful. He then called and said it was be tomorrow, that quickly turned into that day I believe after he got corporate involved. All in all, nice people I know we make mistakes but when I was already going though it because of a car accident that wasn’t my fault, even these little mistakes can mean so much. That $250 meant a lot and I’m glad I got it wayy sooner than this man claimed at first but I really wish I didn’t have to go through all this mess to get something back that was never supposed to be taken. Educate ur people!
