Incomplete/subpar work and lack of communication.

Overall solid job. But attention to detail is not there. Probably would not go back here for body work. Front passenger door went in working and came out not being able to open from the inside. The drivers side rear quarter panel still has several areas that look incomplete or to a B+ standard. I have a group of wires that also surfaces that never used to come out from behind my hitch before. It went in beat up and came out beat up with lipstick on it. Seems rushed when it took 3 weeks for minor body work. Not upset but will not be referring people here as the outcome is subpar for 7k in work.

I am very satisfied with the work Classic Collision made to my 2004 Mercury Grand Marquis. I was very concerned that the age of my car would be a problem with locating parts and making repairs. However I should not have worried about that because the repairs that were made brought my car back to its original condition. My grandson gave me this car and it is very special to me. Please express my thanks to all who worked to make it perfect.
