They did not keep me up to date with the progress of the repair. Tammy sounded annoyed when I would call for an update. She would not try to get updates for me and just say she couldn’t give me a date of completion. It was until I spoke to the manager Chris that I got some answers. That’s all I wanted was answers. I wasn’t even pushy with Tammy.
