I highly doubt I would recommend them, but if I do, I would definitely point out that as a customer, you have to constantly call to get progress reports because they will not keep you informed.

The staff was cordial, but Classic Collision did not keep me informed on the status of my vehicle. I had to be the one making calls to see if the car was going to be completed on the date they said. I would assume that everything was on track because they did not call me to report any delays, only to find out that the completion date had been delayed by several days. This happened twice during the 9 working days they kept my vehicle.
