Great service, and the work performed was top notch. I would just caution friends and colleagues to work with the Classic Collision team to ensure all aspects of the damage are reviewed, even what can't be seen from just looking at the car.

The paint work looks really great. I really appreciate Alicia and Monica working with us remotely during my busy tax season. However, the initial Allstate estimate was too low and missed crucial damage - the structure of the paneling, bumper, and over-wheel molding is still broken. I had hoped the technicians at Classic Collision would have recognized this and worked with Allstate to correct the estimate to provide replacement pieces for these broken parts. I really hope we can bring the car back, examine these pieces, and work with Allstate to replace these pieces to fully recover all damage from this incident. As it is, the car is only partially restored.

I did not take possession of my vehicle since the work was not done properly. The lady said “like it never happened”. Which was very incorrect. The passenger tail light, bumper, quarter panel needed repair. There was a new scratch at the middle by the window on the quarter panel. Right under the tail light the bumper corner that it meets with it on the left had a chunk missing but was painted over, and under the right of the tail light where the bumper meets the quarter panel it was rough as if it wasn’t even sanded down and painted over. The lady said it was dirt! This was by far the worst job I had done on one of my vehicles. If I wanted a street job I could have taken it to the streets! A waste of time and gas to get there.

I know that they could not help the parts delays as that was out of their control. The only thing that I was not satisfied about was the lack of keeping me updated. I was told by my first estimator Josh that he would keep me updated twice a week. Well I would always have to call them and chase them down. I felt like I was being a nuisance. Then he( Josh) started calling me and asking me if I would be willing to take off market parts??? He told me if I did that my deductible would be $300 and it should make no difference. Well my deductible was 1000 which I expected and the get-go, but I was just wondered what all that aftermarket stuff was all about.

Wrong parts missing features installed on car, refused to report rattling to insurance, advised I take it to Ford blaming oil change from 3 months prior for issue. Had to call insurance and still trying to get issues resolved. Insurance sent email to shop with me copied, no response received yet several days later.
