The customer service was exemplary. I received an email when they submitted the request to my insurance, and when the claim was received and approved. They also called me when they ordered and received the parts, and when they were ready to make the repairs. I was greeted at the door by name with a warm smile and offer beverages during my wait. They even checked the molding on the opposite side of my window while completing the repairs at no extra cost. The actual cost came in lower than the estimate. Anne Marie was awesome to work with and responded promptly to emails and messages.
