Zach is amazing! So helpful and a great communicator start to finish! He wasn’t pushy and made the whole process feel easy. He worked with our schedule and timelines seamlessly. Quote was clear and he was able to keep the work within budget. And got the vehicle through to completion nearly a week ahead of schedule!

10/10 service. I was updated promptly about the progress on repairs until completion. I picked up the car vacuumed and with a great wash. The woman at the front desk took care of me and made the drop off process a breeze. Lastly the team that worked on the car did a bangin job. Took initiative and touched up the car with any left over paint on minor scratches. Oh and thank you Zac for coming in on your day off for pick up. You went above and beyond!

Repair team damaged the front bumper and pushed the signal light back, breaking a repair I had done just months ago. The rear floor mat was not properly installed, all the settings were changed, the a/c was on full blast and the battery had been almost totally drained. Then I was told the paint that was used is water based so it will likely disintegrate with the first heavy rain.
