Could have used a rental vehicle for the period that the vehicle was being repaired. Chris, the representative from Classic Collision was very responsive, set up a rental reservation but couldn’t get Country Financial as the responsible party on the rental agreement so I had to cancel the reservation. The representative at Country Financial was difficult to reach, attempting to call several times.

Hi, Repair was great and Martin was great. But when they cleaned the interior a chemical was sprayed. I'm really hoping it dissipates because it is still REALLY strong the following day and slightly burns my eyes. Blake 503-869-8831

Everyone was incredibly nice and helpful. This was the best experience we have had getting a car repaired. The car looks amazing. The left taillight was not plugged in but luckily my son knew how to fix that. Thank you for making this a great experience.
