My friend picked up the car so I don't actually know the state of the repair. I know there was a deductible to pay and it would have been good if I'd been contacted for payment. Not sure if that was him being proactive or the office taking payment from the person who showed up to collect. I'll assume repairs are good, however, I'll not be back in Portland until the end of April. I'll touch base with my friend. Thanks again for the speedy resolution, it's appreciated.

Over all all the repairs that were stated by the estimator were done and completed on time as stated. The paint was matched perfectly and there are no flaws either. One thing that I will say that should be addressed is that the Left side headlight assembly should be adjusted a little more. But it doesn't impair my ability to see at night. I appreciate everything Martin did for me, keeping me up to date with fixes, paint, etc. Martin and his team did an excellent job!

10 out of 10 would recommend to others My car done early, they called several times for updates was super Polite and easy to work with, hope I never have to take my car in for bodywork again but if I do it is worth taking my car to Portland from Beaverton for the awesome service I got here

So pleased and happy with their customer service- received phone calls almost every day on status of car along with texts- Chris handled all problems with the insurance company also- my car was cleaner than I have seen it in a long time when I picked it up!!
