Worst job ever! For one the PPF that I’m expected to pay for the shop’s error on not checking coverages on my policy, looks like a 5 year old was given a pair of scissors. There is a pin hole dinging the bumper, you can see paint and bonding/patch errors. Plus the exhaust pipe tip that was not even put on the claim. Now everything has to be redone. I will not be paying for your mistake and now who is paying for an additional rental since I don’t have rental coverage? Allstate is informed and I am angrier than you want to see any customer. I should have stuck with the body shop I know does quality work. Absolutely a -10 score.
