I want to thank Amber Mathes who help set this all up. From the beginning I reached out and got a quick response. Amber got me connected with Luis at the Cleveland branch and he was not only willing and able to get my truck fixed while I was on vacation, but I need some other work done to the truck and he went out of his way to get me a quote on it as well. I would 100% do business with these guys again. Thank you for getting my truck done as quick as you did.

She then got me connected with Luis in Cleveland and I was able to get my truck in the shop while I was on vacation and get it back as soon as I returned. We are RAVING FANS of Classic Collision Cleveland Tn.. Luis treated us like a family member. He was kind, knowledgeable and kept us informed every step of the way. We got our car back exactly when he said we would and he went above and beyond with our insurance company to make sure things were done right with no shortcuts! Candance was also very nice and professional in every interaction we had with her, whether it be on the phone or at the front desk.
