Dealing with Musa what's the best experience I've had in the body shop in 40 years. He handled everything to the team. When I took it in it was filthy cuz I live out in the country and it's hard to keep it clean on the inside of the outside and just pick it up about 20 minutes ago it looks brand freaking new inside and out . thanks brother. The work performed is perfectly fine. When I got the estimate, I asked if other dings on other doors could be touched up. Having most of the vehicle painted, I wanted the spots not covered in the repair to at least have some touch up paint on them. They weren't too numerous or large. I told the estimator I would be happy to pay for that. He said yes they would do that. When I was told my vehicle was ready I asked if the other spots had been touched up and what I owed for that. I was told they had been taken care of. When I picked up the vehicle and the spots in areas not painted were still there I asked about it. I understand there was a lack of communication here and I had never been given a quote on what those minor touch ups would cost me. However the individual I I picked up the vehicle from said something like, well of course we wouldn't have fixed those spots if they weren't covered by the insurance. My satisfaction with my repairs would have been greater if I'd had the opportunity to have those spots touched up ( and paid for them). When that communication failed from my several attempts I feel a better service attitude would have been an attempt to do it over, not to somewhat blame me as how would I expect work done that wasn't paid by the insurance.
