I found the scheduling the appointment difficult as the employee was insistent on a specific drop off time. And once present for the specific time i had to wait 30 minutes

I am very satisfied in the work done but had some problems in communicating as far as when the vehicle would be ready, etc. I was given about 5 or 6 different estimates regarding when the vehicle would be ready. I tried calling on the phone and got no answer at all for one whole day - the day they said it would be ready. I got in my rent truck and drove over there only to see my vehicle sitting in the parking lot with the whole front end of it missing. It was not ready!

The agent dealing with my case was very friendly and tried to be helpful but he had no idea when the vehicle would be ready. He gave me several estimates but none of them were correct. The job he said would take a week took more than three weeks. It seems like there is a breakdown in communication between your shop and your sales people.
