My vehicle was repaired the same day I brought it in. Dustin was very thorough explaining how my car would be repaired. He kept me updated throughout the day as to how the repair was progressing. When I picked up my car he explained the repair process to me and sent me photos so I could see step by step the repair process.

Lack of communication had too pay for additional week on the rental car. Originally quote from Congress but transferred it to 290 Dripping Springs but no communication between the two companies. We had too pay out of pocket. Not once did they even try to work with us on that issue.
