Didn't deliver on time. Multiple Delivery date changes. Dropped ball on ordering parts. Dropped ball on insurance supplement. Very dissatisfied with experience!

Not delivered on time...Parts not ordered on time (not due to parts Delay but someone dropped ball)...Insurance claim delayed by improper paperwork...multiple emails saying car would be done and it took an extra three weeks...and that was past my rental car insurance coverage...

The actual rear bumper that was suppose to replaced looks fine. I am very curious to know though, my truck went to your shop without rear tow bars and when I got it back, it magically had rear tow bars. Not sure if it was OEM parts as I was advised. I’m sitting on them for now to see if they grow on me but if not, I will be returning.

They called and said the car was repaired but it broke down several times trying to get home. Had to call back again to get it fixed. The radiator was cracked and they completely missed it.now the repair is taking even longer and we are having to pay for the rental additional days. The repair shop should cover since they completely missed the additional repairs needed after the first week
