Repairs we’re fine - long time AMM Dripping Springs customer of over 10 years - My last two services / repairs - my vehicle has come back more dirty than when taken in . most recently - repairs were completed on a Friday - I told rep that I was out of town and couldn’t pick up until Monday afternoon when I returned . When I picked up my car - it was covered in dust - finger prints - and some I known liquid spilled on my drivers seat . Dust was everywhere ! It hadn’t even been wiped down. I had to pick up guests at airport - or I would have gone inside to speak with Mike / USAA Rep - very disappointing !!!!!

Never even had face to face with Rep- just dropped off and picked up. 1. The paint color does not match 2. The hood is misaligned. 3. The inner fender liner is missing on one side. 4. There are now chips in the original paint that were not there prior. 5 the body panel gaps are not aligned
