I've never dealt hands on with any of the body shops that have done any kind of work to my vehicles. I had just bought my lexus and truly had no idea where was the best place to take it. Someone suggested Classic Collision so I made a phone call to them and they immediately set me up a time for an estimate. I was really surprised at how clean and neat the front office was. They did a wonderful job with communicating with my insurance and myself to let me know what was covered and what wasnt. I finally made time to take my car and drop it off. They told me if I needed a rental, enterprise would come there and pick me up. She made one call and I was on my way to the car rental place. There were some issues with my insurance and what they covered. I recieved a phone call from Joseph, one of the guys that was looking at my car. He was 100% on top of EVERYTGING that needed to be done including overspray on my headlights I hadn't noticed. I asked him if f it would be a problem to hold off and let me contact my insurance. My insurance does nothing fast and is difficult to even get in touch with a human. He was so patient and assured me my car would be right there whenever I needed it. Long story short, I was more than pleased with the results! Never will I second guess where im taking my cars again and they will be highly recommended!

The customer service is amazing! Jameson went above and beyond to try and make all are needed repairs as cost effective as possible. From the front to the rear of our vehicle they got us fixed up. He spent alot of extra time and effort with my husband looking for the best deal for our replacement hood. My husband really liked the way he helped him and he us hard to please. The paint match they did in house was perfection!!!! The taillight replacement electrical was very complex and they completed it with no problems. All dings and dents gone. They washed , waxed and even cleaned the inside of our car. ( We have dogs so it was BAD) Now that's going the extra mile, what a special touch. Jessica got us checked out and is extremely pleasant very nice to work with. We even got a final walk through by Joseph who went over everything they did to make sure we were satisfied. I highly recommend Jameson and his entire crew simply amazing. To beat everything we shopped around and this was a best price as well. Couldn't go wrong.
