My overall experience was outstanding. I have been to too many other shops in my life to know really good, to good, and I will never go back again. THis spot will be on my short list. The incident was covered by someone else through their insurance provider. I have USAA (since '86) and they too have "CC" as a prefered shop. I see why. Outstanding work.

The staff went out of their way to accomodate me for some items needed from my vehcile while being repaired. They were also very helpful in returning the loaner/rental vehicle as I hastily deprted the shop for an appointment. It was a great customer service experience.
