Brought my Ram 3500 in for damage cased when a portable garage collapsed on the truck. My service writer Stephanie, was very knowledgeable and cordial. She was very quick to get the baseline quote to and from the point of delivering the truck until puck up, kept me informed every day on where things were on the restoration from the damage. There was considerable hidden damage so the cost due to labor was significant. All in all, I would give the a rating of 9 out of ten . And Would use them again if ever needed. Stephanie was the best!

I recently had my 2006 Ram 3500 worked on at Classic Collision. It extensive damage caused by the collapse of the garage it was stored in. My service writer, Stephanie did an outstanding job keeping me informed daily of where the project stood. She also informed me of any delays and changes to the cost due to hidden damage. The only error made was not closing my bed cover when they cleaned the truck for delivery. It was pretty filthy. Other than that, I will use them again if the need arrises. Hopefully not.

I was told at the estimate, when I asked that my front end right side damage to the headlight assembly that it would include replacing the headlight, however when the job was complete it was not replaced. I have high intensity bulbs and so when told the right side would be replaced I purchased one for the left side so all would show the same. The new bulb I purchased was not even put in.

I was even told when I called in to remind them that both bulbs needed replaced to include the one I purchased and brought in, and was told that the new headlight assembly did not include a bulb and insurance would not cover it
