Everyone was very helpful and nice. I appreciate the professionalism. I also appreciated the text messages every Tuesday and Thursday on the status of the repair. I would like to note that two office workers didn’t wear masks inside. At this point in the pandemic where omicron infections are the highest to date, I would have felt more comfortable if they at least wore mask when customers where in the office.

The experience with getting my car fixed with CC was very good. Everyone was super friendly and the communication on status of my car was excellent. If I had a question, I sent a text and a reply was always sent back. It took longer than expected but that was an insurance issue.
