Repairs were satisfactory. Had to wait 2.5 weeks for repairs. Updates were sporadic and not great. Quotes were not forwarded to my Insurance as we agreed upon. I also requested a quote for additional work on my vehicle. I was told that it’ll be ready on 12/16. To date I still have not received anything. This is the 3rd time I went to McCollum autobody. (I think it’s 1st time since it became Classic collision) and service is not on par with previous experiences. Car wash was also not done very well.

Repair was done well before the date the estimate stated, so A++. Paint looks matched/blended well, so A+. Body work overall, A+. However, there is a lot of room for improvement in the cleanliness department. I’d rate it a D+. Car was washed. There is a dusting of overspray all over the trunk liner. There is also a dusting of overspray in the interior, mostly in the rear. Overall, I am mostly satisfied. However, the cleanliness is pretty disappointing.

The lack of thorough cleanup would keep me from recommending. Which is a shame, the repair itself is very nice

The repair was great. The personnel were also very nice. There was one strange occurrence was that when I went to pick up the car the driver side's plastic floor mat was missing. Someone looked for it but couldn't find it. I was told a replacement would be obtained.

From the time I called Classic Collision, to the day I picked up my car the process was simple and very easy. They collaborated with my insurance company and even the rental car company. Even though there was a Holiday during the process, Classic Collision was fast, efficient and detailed oriented. When I picked up my car it looked great. It was clean and shiny inside and out! I would recommend Classic Collision to anyone that needs a good quality auto body shop!

Collision staff is beyond courteous and technicians on the phone answered any and all my questions. I was able to view the before and after work underneath my car and was pleased with the suspension replacement and my back door which was also replaced. I will recommend you to my friends and family.
