Confusing and conflicting text messages vs. human calling with status and progress. Human contradicted what the texts said leaving me very frustrated. Turned out the text messages were reporting the correct information. Unnecessary confusing and frustration.

My mom was hit by a uninsured driver. Months without a rental car was very difficult. It would have been so much better if the car could have been driveable while we waited for parts. I’m a long term customer of your company. Never any complaints til now. I know there’s changes going on. The delays could have been handled better. And there was a scuff on the car. Not related to the accident. It wasnt taken care of. We were told it would be. Seems to show a lack of pride in ones work? I’ve been very dedicated to your company. For decades. I’m no longer dedicated. I’m sorry, but we won’t be returning to your company.

The staff here are extremely nice. They do a great job on the repairs you need on your car. The update you via text to let you know the progress and when your vehicle will be ready. I will definitely come back here for my car repairs!! I give them a 5 star. Thanks again to the staff.

Best experience I have ever had with any Auto Body Shop! I restore classic cars and trucks as a hobby so it is was really hard to let any shop do any work for me. I know what it takes to turn out quality work and I picked the right place to do it! I can’t thank your team enough for their professionalism and attention to detail! So far the actual work seems good. The staff are nice. Just the sloppy cleaning doesn't help.

You are very upfront about how long it would take for the work to get done, and once it got started the twice weekly updates were nice. The staff I delt with were helpful and very pleasant. But was there supposed to be thick layers of dust and shoeprints in my interior?

I was impressed with how efficient the process was for completing repairs on my vehicle. Classic Collision coordinated with the loaner vehicle company and had one waiting for me upon dropping off my vehicle; so convenient and appreciated! They communicated with me so I knew the status of my vehicle the entire time and repairs were completed very timely; a rare thing these days!! Having my beloved vehicle involved in a (minor) collision was stressful, but dealing with Classic Collision actually brought my stress level down significantly. Thank you to the Team ☺️

My daughter picked up the car (I own it) and found the bumper hanging down on one side. She went in and a clerk (he acknowledged he is not a mechanic), pushed it and said it was unclipped, if it happens again just push it in". I'm not a mechanic but I don't think your bumper should be coming unclipped randomly. Then she started the car and the dashboard controls were blacked out. She went BACK in and a person came out and said they had turned the dash lights off. She did not leave the car with them like that. I'm still concerned the bumper is not attached properly and am asking her to take it back in.

Billy was amazing! He called me daily with an update on my vehicle as I am a traveling nurse I needed it back desperately. My vehicle was done one day earlier which was a very pleasant surprise.
