The repair was excellent. I did a 9 because when they were cleaning they just dumped all the stuff that was in my car in a bag … didn’t matter what it was. It led to my perfume spilling all over the place and one of my earrings got lost. I would have cleaned it out more if I knew that was going to be the level of care that was taken with my stuff. So that was disappointing… but the repair work and communication was excellent!
