We loved everything about our experience except the time it took or parts to arrive. This delayed getting the vehicle back. We understand that it's out of Classic Collision's control so we wouldn't hesitate to use their services again. The communication with Shannon was excellent!

All the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Dropping off the car everyone was very helpful. As soon as insurance approved the repairs they fixed the car fast, kept me up to date. Having an Enterprise car rental next door is a huge plus! Very appreciated of the amazing service and work. Hopefully no one gets in an accident but this is the plus to get any body work completed. Car looks brand new where the work was done! Thank you very much!
