Every interaction was great - from the first phone call to set up the appointment through picking up my car once the collision repair was complete. Monika kept me informed throughout the repair process and walked me through the completed repairs when I picked up my car. My car looked (and smelled) like a brand new car. The interior was detailed and cleaner than when I brought it in. They took better care of my car than I did! Thank you for the excellent work on my car and the friendly, efficient interpersonal communications of the employees.

The outside panels were replaced and the hatch door even had the little signs replaced; it was great! The floor of my trunk area looked smooth and flat and everything looked like it again fits together...no buckling! It's been raining so I haven't checked to see whether my tail lights work.

Corbin was diligent about keeping me informed on the progress of the repairs. He's very personable, friendly, and seems to care about the outcome of the work done at Classic Collision. When I picked up my car, I was concerned because there was a huge discrepancy regarding my mileage. It looked like my car was driven approximately 300 miles while in your possession. There were two female office workers who immediately looked at my records and were able to explain that the mileage on my receipt was from my first visit, not from when I turned my car in. They offered to replace my receipt with the working numbers, but I declined. Their explanation was satisfactory. They were tremendous to immediately put my concern to rest.

Monika is the absolute best. I didn't expect for them to clean the inside of my car or go above & beyond. Repairs look amazing & they even shined around the damages on areas they didn't need to. My car looks brand new! I apologize for the damp smell & mess on the inside. We didn't do our routine shampoo & cleaning inside so we appreciate you guys for sending our car back smelling new. We will definitely keep this location on our radar for future fixes.
