A year ago, my Suburban was sideswiped by an uninsured driver. I took my truck to Classic Collision to get an estimate of what it would cost to get it fixed. They buffed it out right then and there...for free. It was a no brainer when my Acura suffered some damage to its rear bumper. I brought it to Classic Collision. They helped to set up my rental car with Enterprise which is right next door. And my Acura looks awesome again. Couldn't be happier.

The communication and repair was great. They were nice and consistent with communication. I appreciated them advocating for me and maintaining a minimum level of quality on the bumper parts used in the repair. While the fog light approved by the insurance company to be used as the replacement works, it’s clearly used as the lens is discolored and has water or residue inside the bulb.

Everyone was very helpful but the girl at the front desk needs more training. I’m not sure if she is brand new or if she lacks customer service skills and confidence, but this is the only area I felt and could tell others in line before and after me could be seen shaking their head. She really could use some training on eye contact , customer service , genuinely wanting to be helpful. For someone that is the first face of your company when you walk in the door, she definitely lacks personality and making the customer feel like they matter. She also called me today after I picked up my car yesterday and told me I owed her another $1500. You can imagine my surprise. Why has she not been trained to reach out to the insurance FIRST to make sure . All it took was her to call the insurance to find out they were the ones that owed it and instead it got me all in a tizzy for no reason other than her incompetence. Again… nice enough girl just needs more training and confidence.

Classic collision did a fantastic job on my truck , excellent job on the paint. The front suspension drives like a new truck, the main thing I was very impressed was Monica text me twice a week to let me know everything done to my truck. DEFINITELY recommend them . Thank you
